Grain-Free Breakfast Porridge

¼ cup almond flour

¼ cup unsweetened coconut

2 tbsp ground flax meal

2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tbsp chia

2 tbsp hemp

1 cup frozen blueberries

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

1 cup almond milk

Topping Ideas:

Sliced banana

Sprinkle of hemp

Coconut flakes

Fresh Berries

Almond Butter


Heat almond milk, vanilla and frozen berries and salt until hot but not boiling

Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl.

Once liquid is hot add in the rest of it and stir.

Let sit until it sets.

Makes 2 servings
